How can I describe my musical vision?
You can describe your musical vision directly to Epik during your zoom session. If you are unable to make the session, you can always send details via email with references and/or vocals.
What happens after the payment?
Once the payment is made, you will be asked to schedule your personal session with Epik. The sessions are 60min long. You will also be emailed with the details.
What is the refund policy ?
There are No Refunds. Digital files are exchanged which are non-tangible.

You can distribute unlimited copies , audio streams, and radio broadcasting. As well as live performances and a music video.
How long does the custom take to complete?
Customs typically take 5 -14 business days depending on revisions requested. As well as the complexity of the production.
What are the Royalty & Publishing splits?
Splits are 50/50 or 100/100 depending on the P.R.O (Performance Royalty Organization). ASCAP is based on 50/50 while BMI is based on 100/100.
